Default Auto-manual parts list?

Can someone give me a quick run down on what's needed for an auto-manual swap? I'm planning to drop in a B20z into my 98 coupe. I need a complete parts list so I can scavage the local junk yards this weekend. TIA!

shift linkage and all the lines that go from the resevoir to the clutch cylinder to th slave cylinder (on the tranny)
thats all you need if you are swapping your engine at the same time

Thanx. One more question. Can I strip the parts off another Civic (EG+)?...or does it have to be B series based like an Integra because of the B20z? Or are they all the same?
