hey guys my maintence light is on i dont know what it is can someone help me?

 

It is a timer circuit that has no real meaning. Reset it by pressing and holding the rectangular switch beneath the dash.

I think it turns on every 7,500 miles. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Allright. You're partially correct. From the 1998 Helm Factory Service Manual:
