Windshield weather strip diagram or help with clipping it back on
the driver's side weather stripping fell off and as far as i can tell, all of the clips on the strip and on the car seem to be in tact. I was just wondering how to connect the two, because i gave up. TIA
hmm, weird that it fell of itself. to me, that means, it was probably removed before and not properly reinstalled because 1. they broke things taking it apart, 2. they suck.
you say you see all the clips are fine and in tact. if that's the case, you just line it up straight and push the clips in with it's adjacent joining clip on your car. the harder you push, the more clicks you should hear and the tighter the seal will be. if you cant get it to work, take it to a windshield place. if they cant snap it on either, they will just glue it on.
