i'm getting my d16y in a few days and i was looking at what is available from skunk2. I was thinking seeing what kind of power a skunk2 head could put down with a good tune on a stock block with i/h/e. The question I have is which throttle body size should I get? I plan to go turbo later on down the road. The sizes available are 60mm,66mm,68mm, and 70mm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

okay dont go with the skunk2. go with the crower stage 2 or stage 3 cam with the crower valvesprings and retainers. but the skunk2 intake manifold and port match the throttle body to the manifold. dont forget that if you're going with the stage 3 cam you should p&p.

 

yea I wasn't planning on using the skunk cam since they only make a stage one. But my question on throttle body size was not answered. What size is the stock throttle body on a d16y8?

 

look it up dont just ask questions that have already been asked.(56mm ) please.
