Difference in springs for CRX/Civic

Difference in springs for CRX/Civic
Is there any difference in springs between say a 91 civic STD and a 89 CRX HF? Different spring rates due to weight or something? Even if they do have different spring rates are they still interchangeable keeping with the stock shocks to their respective car?
