i'm trying to see if people would be interested in a cheaper alternative to the cusco liscense plate relocater. instead of the 50$ dollar price tag something more like 25 or 30$. if interested post a reply or send me a pm. btw it would look very similar to this.... it could move it out of the way of your intercooler
