Default Cvs and lowering a h/b

I had a guy at the track tell me he was using stock cvs, right after he made a low 12 sec. pass in an all Motor CRX.. He said you just need to have the right height... How the hell to you adjust cv height ?? My best guess is to lower the car... And does anyone have a idea of where I can find some "Drag race" coilovers?? Or a company that makes them ? Thanx..

And, I do know about the mac-daddy Cvs on driveshaftshop.com
