about the alternator screaming ... did you make enough room for it when you did the swap???
a couple times my car would run and then turn off. it ended up to be the battery..

yeah, make sure your alternator pulley spins freely, this would cause the burnt belt and would cause it not to charge your battery.

thanks guys.... by chance does anyone know if we have to take off the whole tire and axle to change the alternator?

also does anyone know what kinds of alternators will fit the Jdm B16a... or it doesnt matter...like i can use the LS, or GSR alternator as well...? thanks guys..

you should be able to reach down in the engine bay and change it. loosen it, take off the belt and pull it out behind the intake mani. integra alternators will work
