Rubbing noise?

hey guys.. i drive a 05 RSX-S and it only has 9000 miles..well everytime im turning left and im shifting, i get this wierd rubbing noise from the right side.. i have had the time to go to the dealership and ask because its too far. anyways do you guys know what the problem might be?

Your not gonna get cupping if the tire is rubbing against the fender plastic.
