haha this sucks, I went to dinner with a friend, come back out to my car, find my rear emblem is now gone... it wasn't stock either, it was blue... I hate theives!!!!!!! they can go to freakin hell for all I care.. grrrrrr at least it was just an emblem, but still....It's the principle behind the idea...

Yeah that sucks, you just asking for that to happen when you buy an aftermarket emblem. Just keep the stock one

 

Yeah that happened to me at school a couple of times last year. I guess that taught me not to be a riceboy with my prelude...im leaving the emblems stock.

 

Funny how some of those damn kids will spend hundreds of dollars on their rides, but still go out and steal a man's emblem. That happened to my friend's "type-s"emblem off of his CL.

 

now you can replace the blue one with a light up indiglo one

 

I took my car to the dealership one time, and when I got it back, the front emblem was gone It was also a blue one....

As for the jacking, It's kinda surprising tho, because I was in palo alto, not even 2 miles from Stanford University, and this is supposed to be like a rich preppy town, see lots of expensive cars around, so makes me wonder why someone there would want a honda badge... maybe they're gonna rice out their mercedes with honda logos or something....

Do what I did, shave all your emblems

 

now you can get the indiglo "R" emblem
just shave 'em all man...... that way you won't have to worry. i know how it is, i had mine stolen a trillion times. ****** thieves

haha.. once in highschool I had a white emblem on my civic and I knew people would try to jack it so I had this super glue that I got from home depot and it bonded the hood to the emblem. I came out to my car one day and I saw a tip of a broken knife stuck in back of my emblem... haha all they got was a broken knife and no emblem..

HAHA you go girl, but one question... what if you wan't to remove the emblem later? what would you use? super glue remover? wouldn't it mess up your hood?

 

No, the emblem was stuck there.. me ex crashed my civic into another car that ran a stop sign one day and fiberglass bumber was ripped in half, the air bags poped and the hood pushed up but the emblem was still there....
