check engine light on.
my buddies check engine light on his 90 civic si comes on after driving for abouit 2-4 minutes. but only at regular speeds 40-45 mph, not at slower speeds20-35 mph.
any suggestions or thoughts of why it comes on?

i bet o2. once the car is warmed closed loop is activated

no to highjack this tread but my cars cel also lights on but every time i restart it ...its goes away...should i bother pull out my ecu will it still have the information even if i shut the car off??

make sure there is not a pause, the ecu will blink more than one code at a time if needed
blink, blink, blink....pause....blink, blink, blink, blink....long-pause....
would be codes 3 & 4 the blink pattern starts over at the long pause
