gear ratio

i was thinking about changing around my gear ratios in my 93 civic ex with a d16z6. i want the faster acceleration but i dont want a huge drop in mpg on the highway. any advice or suggestions would be great

find any of the numerous threads Bense has made on re-gearing d-series trannys. lots of good info in them.
