Default *searched* can ap2 headlights fit on ap1 body?

ive seen pictures and such and have heard on s2ki that ap2 headlights will fit on the ap1 body but the ballasts wont fit or something?

can anyone clarify this for me?

AP1 ballasts are larger than the AP2's, and won't bolt in directly. You have to either make brackets, or get AP2 ballasts.

sorry i am aliitle newbie of hid stuff but the ballasts r the 2 boxes for each headlight right?

so say i get ap2 headlights for an ap1. with minor modification of the ap1 ballasts in the bay i can make the ap2 headlights to work? and also the ballasts r the only things i would have to modify as in relocating and what not?

1 or 2 of the holes still line up. You have to make brackets for the other 2 holes. They will bolt up otherwise, the plugs to the igniter and ballasts are all the same.

Dude google search is your friend.

type in "site:s2ki.com (what you want goes here)" and you are gold. I use it occasionally for honda-tech too but the search here isn't bad.
