what usually the cost of a '90 accord 5 speed tranny?

i'm getting an auto to manual swap and i already have a reputable shop picked out but i'm still waiting on a call back, but untill then i really need a ballpark figure.

i already know how much labor is, so i just need the general tranny cost.

also, is a prelude tranny compatible with an F22A? (i'm getting and H22 eventually so i thought i'd make sense just to get a prelude 5 speed instead of an accord 5 speed if possible)

Salvage yards around my area sell a 5spd trans for $450-$600.
