engine / exhaust rumble
I searched already;
make: Honda Accord 2000 SE, AT
If exhaust valves too tight, will that make engine/exhaust to rumble ?
as rpm go higher rumbles get louder.
is it OK to run like this ?
my valve doesn't make any ticking noise, do I still adjust them anyway ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi JimBlake:
It's not my muffler, sound coming from engine bay near manifold and kind of behind intake TB
and
my valves not ticking at all, so I am thinking - is my valve lash too close ?
Thanks for the reply.
edit:
my cylinder Head being shaved and installed by local shop while they at Head Gasket - after that all these, shsh started.

How about a leak in that flex-bellows section of the exhaust pipe. That's sorta in that general area.
Mostly I was just thinking you wouldn't call it a 'rumble' if it was a buzzing noise. Sometimes you just have to hear it firsthand...
