the EGR is located on the intake manifold, to the side of the runners on the passenger side near the thermostat housing, between the throttle body and the valve cover.

part #18 in the diagram below is the egr valve

Also, looks like this... (click image for larger view)

Thats an H23 intake manifold but it gives you a good idea.

Well I found the connector for it.... i guess that's why the CEL is on but no EGR Valve. I don't think my car has one at this time. The guy before me had the H22 swapped into the Accord and i've looked I think they forgot to put it in there. Should I get one for an Accord or a Prelude?

you can use the accord EGR on the H22 if you are using the accord engine harness for easier hookup. some people block off the EGR for better performance but you need a chipped ECU to bypass it. it's just used for emissions.

yeah, if you look in the location where the EGR valve is supposed to be you'll probably notice a plate bolted down in it's place. And like already stated, without something done to the ecu you'll get a CEL.

You can simply unbolt the blockoff plate and bolt on a EGR valve and plug it in. And if thats what you plan to do, I have a EGR valve for sale. I bought it for my H23 intake manifold (also for sale) so I no longer need it. The H23 and H22 EGR valves are the same so it'll work just fine, and it memory serves me right it actually came from a H22 and I was going to use it on my H23.
