Blox Cams Type A for sale! B16a,b B18C1,5, etc. vtec dohc
well I am going to sell my car soon so I pulled my cams to sell seperately.
these are made by Blox, Type A model. Asking $375 shipped
this is a mild cam and does not require valvetrain upgrade unless you wish to exceed your factory redline.
Specifications:
Intake: Duration: 247°@ 0.05in Lift: .462in
Exhaust: Duration: 239°@ 0.05in Lift: .420in
I used them for 14662 miles, to be exact (about 1 year, three months) and have good top end. on my last dyno run the power was still climbing at redline (8200 rpms)
the dyno run was on a mustang dyno which yeilded very low results on all the cars there that day, and was at 145hp at redline. apparently an owner of a gsr motor who dynoed at I believe 180 whp on a dyno jet got 160whp on this dyno but I cant confirm details as it was from word of mouth and another forum...
I have all the paper work and receipt to show ththe cost of $428.96 back in August, 2005.
