Does your sun roof leak?
Do you have a wet head/seat? All summer long my 90' integra ls has been poring water onto my head and seat after a rain storm. A few weeks ago we got to heavy storms back to back. The first time I touched the brakes a small Tsuinami splashed onto my head, shirt, pants, feet, floor, headunit, and my brand new racing seats. So to say the least I was very pissed and fed up with this water leak. I did some research on HT and found that my sunroof had drain tubes. This was new news to me. I thought a sunroof was soposed to seal from any water getting around it. So i dug a little deaper and found where these drains were. Need less to say I found the drain plug that was clogged, the drivers side rear. I tore into my interior to find this drain.
This is what I found when I removed the rear driverside interior panel.

After an hour or so of work and a few choice words I figured out what had cuased this. The tube I removed was burnt, which had caused it to seal off. I looked and looked and thaught long and hard.
This may not look like much but this is the rear quater panel which the drain tube rests against. I had some body work done last summer and the guy that did it neglected to tell me that my sun roof drain tube was right behind the peice of metal he welded in over my rear wheel. Soooo, to make a short story long, When he welded this piece in he caught the tube on fire which caused it to seal. In turn not allowing the water flow, making it back up into the cab.

I just thought that this might be helpful for those who may have a rare and shitty problem like mine. Oh and for all of that work and time this is what it took to fix it.

-water leaking all throught your car- could be expensive
-getting soaked everytime it rains- a real pisser
-parts to fix the problem- about $2.26
"staying dry after a rain" - Now thats just ****** priceless
