Default 90 hatch , idles real low, showing code 13

Soooo,

I've got this 90 hatch....
It idles very low..
If you give it over half throttle it acts like it is running on 2 cylinders until it reaches 4k+rpm at which point it begins to run incredible...
ECU gives code 13...

Interesting thing is the car ran fine for about 2 years giving me that code and being it was my work car I just over looked it. Originally I thought I may have gotten a tank of bad gas due to the way the car was acting, so I drained tank and replaced the fuel filter with no luck. From that point I went on to replace:

O2 sensor
distributor(off of another toy, ran fine on it)
plugs/wires

Any ideas what is going on and what I should do to troubleshoot the code 13????

Your MAP sensor needs to be replaced.

Update
I found the atmospheric sensor... its mounted to the passenger side kick panel...it was unplugged(hahahahaha) so no check light but still runs like trash.

SO next I guess I will try swapping the MAP off of my other ride.

Thanks for advice
