turbo teg questions ::emissions::
Hey guys im turboing my integra with some pieces off different kits. Not all of the parts are CARB compliant. I was wondering what kind of trouble i can run into with emissions testing and inspection. I live in PA. Thanks

Well luckily you dont have to worry about CARB in PA...
Here in NJ, as long as your car passes the sniffer...they tend not to care or even look under the hood. I passed through a state facility and failed for windshield wipers of all thing
I would assume they are a little more leniant in PA, but I could be wrong.
