During 75% throttle + my stupid brake light comes on.........I let off and it goes off. My brake is still strong now at 106k miles as it was a 40k when I bought the car...........whats go'n on?

 

Bump. I have this problem as well, but hopefully will get it resolved when I garage it pretty soon.

I'd be willing to bet this is the problem.

 

Yeah, low brake fluid level with a good amount of throttle will swish the fluid to a point where the sensor will not read a proper level.
