Default spun rod bearings

i hear this knocking sound so im guessing my rod bearings are toast. i changed the oil and everything too..

i need to change the bearings, but for the time being can i still drive the car ?? the knock isnt that bad when engine is under 2000rpm
just need to know if i can drive the car for a week .. about 16-20kms a day for 5 days.

i wouldnt count on being able to fix the current motor, ESPECIALLY if you drive it for the next week
