Default Take advantage of spare D15?

So i've got a 96 DX motor laying around....and i want to have a daily driver to take advantage of the things this motor has and my car now doesn't, like POWER STEERING AND AIR CONDITIONG! so my question is what car should i get to put this motor into and be able to use both of those things? around my area i can get a 90 crx si and a 95 civic hatch dx for hella chheap both with no motors...so i dont' think i can use the power steering wit the rex...so what do u all suggest? keeping things CHEAP!
