Default d17a2 in a 96 4dr. civic

just bought a d17a2 motor sohc out of a '04 civic (automatic trans), going to install into my 96 civic 4dr. since this motor is a d-series will my d16y7 tranny bolt right up to the d17a2? Also will the mounts be the same, or would i need new mounts.
thanks in advance!

so would this motor be difficult to install, like more difficult to install than a b-series, or would it be like a straight drop? Also what would i do about that mount that is in the front? can i still mount that, or is that like custom work? thanks hatch
