Engine bay noise and driving cabin vibration
I searched; nothing came close to my problem.
I already checked: timing belt, balancer belt, engine mounts, oil level every other things I possibly can think of.
engine bay noise and driver cabin vibrating no matter what; even car is not moving (P,R,N,D,2,1) all gears.
almost all rpms, but over 2.5k is much noticeable.
Now I am thinking my valve lashes are too tight. (engine head already saved and installed by local shop) I don't know if they did anything to my valves.
can too tight valve lashes create problem like mine?
any help grately appreciated

Not sure if it's that frequent for the 6th gen accords but on mine, which is '94, I had a leak in my valve cover gaskets. Did you check inside the spark plug wells? I had a pool of oil in one and that was causing the horrible engine shake since my spark plugs weren't firing right. Also if that isn't the problem, do you change your sparkplugs often?
I don't have oil leak any kind, and my engine not shaking, but as soon as I hit the gas paddle brooom noise and vibration, I took the car to near by Midas shop - guys couldn't find nothing.
I almost feel like engine running too tight.. something like that - I can't explain this.
sometime I feel its coming from manifold area, or middle of the engine, driving cabin vibrating by this broom sound, not by any shake.
its really pain in the A** when I am on freeway.

Like I said, check. Pull out the spark plug wires and look inside. If it's leaking it won't spill out onto the ground or anything so you won't see it until you pull them out.
I had very similar symptoms so listen to me, it's very freakin easy to pull out the spark plug wires and at least eliminate something. When I said I had a vibration on the inside it was the steering wheel.
2 things that will help:
What kind of noise is it? tick, crunch, zap clunk?... anything?
and what do you mean by vibration in the driving cabin? where.. I doubt it but do you mean chairs and your dashboard shake? Fill in some details man.
Also if you open the hood and really hold your ear to the sound you can get a general idea of what's making it...
People at Midas tend to be idiots anyway..

not only pull the plug wires, I removed all the plug as well, they are dry like brand spanking new.
I also removed my timing and balancer belt to make sure there are align, nice tight etc and they are perfect.
I check almost everything except valves, Piston, connection roads, main bearing etc. lol
tomorrow I am going to do the valve adjustment my self, I do Have a helm Manual
My car pulls fine, but sometime at the stop light I notice my Idle going down around 600 rpm. This make me think my compressed gas exit before the spark - due to tight valve. I may be wrong here as usual.
Homesickelian thanks for trying to help me.
noise I can't explain, ok its almost sound like a jet - when I am driving fast 120 - 140
it's not clunk, knock but sound like a broken muffler. but my Muffler and all pipings fine (that's why I went Midas
).

I don't know if it would cause the vibration but possible a bad vacuum leak?
