Anybody know how to make poly bushings? Looking for some help.
I've got any '83 Civic S that I need to rebuild the suspension on.
I was wondering if anybody has any information on polyurethane bushings; specifically on how to produce them. Or if you know of something similar that is easy to work with for the average person and that is suitable for suspension setups.
Is it something that you can just mold/cast? Or is it more complex than that?
The suspension rubber isn't available new anywhere, and I wanted to take the 1 set of new parts I have and reproduce them on a very small scale (only for myself), so taking them somewhere for a large scale run is economically out of the question.
Really looking for some help here guys!

Try asking John at http://Polybushings.com. He's a one man band so if you help him he could potentially help you back.
You might need to send him some parts or get very good measurements for him. He's a great guy.
