BUYERS BEWARE of Soccerking300 = Matt Stull

So i bought a JRC 8" intercooler from him on Wednesday October 25. I contacted him in the morning and Paypaled him in the Afternoon. He got the money and supposesively sent it out the next day (October 26th). He sent me a tracking number and said it should be here within 2-3 days.

2-3 days go by, and I got nothing. I tracked it with the tracking number. The tracking number was invalid. So i contact Him asking why it hasnt come yet and to give me the correct tracking number.

He replied and said that he clicked the wrong button on the paypal thinggy and shipped it out Parcel instead of priority so it'll take 2-9 days instead. This wasnt a problem with me. I waited. After 9 business days. NOTHING!

I PM the guy and this is what I said:
(3:13 AM 11/7/2006) viet_boi_racin: hey, can i get that tracking number from you again for the intercooler. cause the last one you gave me was invalid. I just want to track it. cause its been a week and 1/2 and it hasnt come yet. thanx

(8:15 AM 11/12/2006) viet_boi_racin: hey, you gonna let me know whats going on with the intercooler or what? If you dont get back to me I'm going to have to report you as a scammer on all the Honda forums.

Not quite calling him a Scammer YET! but Something is fishy. He hasnt reply to my PMs but he's still Posting on H-T. Soccerking3000 If you get in contact with me and correct the situation, I will gladly remove this thread and clear your name.

nope. no words yet. this guy is completely ignoring me.

When i bought it, i looked at other people vouching for him in his thread. so i trusted the guy and this is what i get.

i was trying to buy that exact intercooler, and he said those exact same things to me, story cut short, i called him like 300 times on phone and never picked up, and after 2 and half months i emailed him and said im going to put up a scam post about u on honda-tech. and next day he answers me i never got any of your phone calls because i droped my phone in water, its funny that he says that because it would ring everytime for 10 rings than go to answering and i left him a message everytime and not 1 answer, he said oh sorry u havent got it yet do u want me to get a hold of the intercooler and i said no thanks just send my money back, and after about a week he send my money back on paypal finally after 2 and half months. i had paid with a money order so i couldnt file a dispute. on paypal.

Whether scammer or not, getting strung along without communication is just shady....

get paypal involved asap. sometimes it helps sometimes not, but at least paypal is aware and may stop other transactions with him. hope u get a resolution. scammers must die!
