had an ek for a very long time, wanted to get out of the older style so i just bought this 02rsx type s so im new and i have a couple questions

im trying to get some new wheels, say i want 16inch(switch tires on my stock ones), i would get 16x6.5? tried looking this up but im not sure. thanks

also what springs do you guys use? lookin to get this lowered so the gap is filled btwn the tires and fenders. lookin at some tien s tech from
