I'm going to be using them as a daily drivier with moderate wet weather. I also need them to be fairly good tires that will last long (2 years)

Any recommendations?

I was thinking the Dunlop FM901 or Kumho 712. Would these tires last around 60,000km or more? I don't want something that is gonna wear out within 20,000km or within a few months.
