You asked 3 completely different questions within one sentence.

But to answer the main one, no--mudflaps were a dealer add-on for all Integras. The only flaps you may scrape will be the fronts.

totally funny haha doesnt matter how stiff of rates your run. im on Ra's with 12k 14k and not even that low and they rub on the ground hard. literally inch and half or so from the ground

What do you want to do with your car? Road Race (RR), Autocross (Auto-X), Drag, Daily? How much do you want to lower your car? We need more information before we can help your. And what kind of budget do you have? Remember that you also need to get an alignment after changing any of your suspension, so don't forget to includde that into your budget.

Also search and don't forget to include the archived content when searching. Furthermore, check out the FAQ in this thread as well as the ITR thread. Also check out the RR/Auto-X or Drag forums and suspension forum's for more info.

if you dont want to scrape them, you could take them off...otherwise you can still buy a 2nd set from acura for pretty cheap...

i just got a brand new set from a honda dealer on ebay for $31 shipped...

The flaps are optional like everything else. Id love to find a set of nice spring to lower my R yet still having the stock stiff feel, just being lower.
