Default What are these for?

Ok as some may recall I did an Automatic H22 Swap not to long ago. and hell it ran good and solid. then the ransmission started makign some clunking noises, adn grinding and such (Automatic) so the place I got my motor from gave me another tranny. this is my question my other tranny had these lines conected to it. and the new one dosent have anywhere for me to conect them to. what shoudl I do? what are they for?
(swaped into 93accord LX 4 door Automatic)

those are power steering lines that usually go to the speed sensor (for speed sensitive steering). some VSS don't have that option. those lines come from the rack-and-pinion. i'd seal it shut and run some fluid to keep the rack lubricated.
