Default pulled head threads

i pulled the threads in my head due to a faulty torque wrench. a machine shop told me(without looking at it) that i should helicoil it. if i helicoil it... would i have to get bigger head bolts? and if so where can i get some ARP?

94 ex... d16z6 head.d16a block

Helicoils work pretty good, if your going to get crazy with it, you may want to take to a machine shop, but dont underestimate helicoils.
