Default Progress Sway Bar(s)

Anyone have them? How much do these things actually improve cornering? How about later when paired with a better suspension?

Mike,

Who is the manufacturer? I have been searching for SI specific stuff and I can't find anything.

The bar is a Progress rear sway bar and you can get it from Corsportusa.com or some other sites, but I recommend Corsport.

I purchased one months ago (before most Si vendors even had them) and it still is, by far, the best modification I've done to my Si. The results were beyond what I was expecting and the neutrality the car has now is absolutely perfect.

It is worth every penny of the price!

When you purchase it I recommend you get some solid endlinks as well. The factory endlinks on the Si are rubbery and I felt a definite difference in turning response when I switched to the Corsport aluminum ones. It responded much quicker to turning and didn't feel as "lazy" as it was before. These two combined with each other made a great difference. You can definitely do without the endlinks, but at another $50-$60 you might as well do it while you are under there.

BTW, purchase from Corsport like everyone else said. They rock. Showstoppers' customer service is far from the caliber of Corsport's.

Yep, I just purchased a progress sway bar from CorSport yesterday, and come to realize that they are here in Denver. They don't have any in stock right now, but they should be getting some in next week. I'm going to go over and pick it up rather than having them pay for shipping. I'll take a look into the endlinks too. I plan on installing the sway bar & end links (if I get them), and my exhaust all at one time.

Sounds good, anyone with pics installed? I'm really considering these, and the endlinks as well...
