Default New swap No Start

I just droped a B16 in my DA and I can't get it to fire up.Its got spark and it's got fuel.
The guy/company I bought the motor from gave me some tips to do before I start the motor up.One was to pour a little Marvel Mysteral oil down each cyl. to Lubricate the rings from the motor sitting and let it soak for a while. Then before I start it BLOW any access out.
I hower forgot to blow the access out and the car won't start, It cranks and sounds like it want's to start but it doesn't.
Iam goin to try and blow any access out tommorow.

If this does not make sense I apoligize, What I want to know is, is it possible that having that oil in my combustion chamber will stop my motor from having a sufficiant compustion and not leting it start.
This car has been down for almost 2 months and I really need it to run,Sorry for the long post and any other Tips or Info you can give would be greatly appreciated
