Dog+70 mph Integra=omg look wat happened to my baby...
I was on my way home today from my girlfriend's house and I met a dog, as the title explains. Just thot it was crazy wat can happen in an instant. The fact that we just got the clutch install finished up and ES bushings swapped in about 26 hours before is salt in the wound....

true sir, i went back but he ran off somewhere, and someone took all my parts...all in <10 minutes. he just bounded out of the ditch into the freeway. i do feel bad bout him.
i know about the grill, but i bought it that way and havent fixed it yet... actually the bumper isnt the right shade of red when compared with the rest of the car, but i think i may have a full red on red respray once i get this new bumper cover on.

Now when you get a new bumper you can make sure the grill isn't inappropriately sprayed red.</TD></TR></TABLE>

You hit a dog at 70mphand the dog still had an intact spine, legs, and strength to run away? Am I the only one who thinks thats amazing?

no its not blood. its paint from the last guy who rattle canned the bumper and got everything else too. btw it was a huge dog, so maybe that has something to do with it.
The dog mightve died after running off. A lot of animals run off after getting hit only to die in the woods later. Anyways, shitty luck. Sorry.
Oh wow, I can't believe the dog lived from that. SYNSEI is right though. As much as I hate to say it, the dog is probably dead. Deer tend to cause a **** kload of damage and then run of finto the woods to die.
my gf ran over a pretty big dog the other day, and it caved in my bumper on the exact same side and tore out the parking light. i manage to repair it by drilling holes from the inside and using heavy zip ties. looks normal, except for the cracked paint around the headlights now.
oh yeah, and that dog was killed instantly. it probably had something to do with his head being the point of impact at 30mph and running over it with one wheel.

actually, there wasn't any blood anywhere when she brought the car home. just a messed up bumper, broken light, torn out mud guard lining, and a really bad alignment problem.

Wow. I have almost the same damage on the driverside front of my car, exceptwhere that bumper is jagged, mine sheared of in straight lines kinda. I hit a sign beside the road couple days ago. Damn 18wheelers comming into your lane forcing you to swerve off the road FTL.
