Default 355whp 340tq oh my....

I just got back from having my car tuned its something a bit different to what normally goes on in here i need to go back for some more tuning we ran out of time

Sleeved b21a1 block 83.5mm
JE pistons crower rods
ported head .5mm OS exhaust valves
GT30R @ 19psi 1000cc injectors S300
stock intake manifold
full 3in exhuast

awesome! i like the novelty of the car because you dont see many of them.

real nice midrange in the powerband too, must be fun as hell on the street

Wow! what happened? is the turbo dying out up top. In that pic you should be shifting at 6,500 rpm HAHA .

Let us know what the problem was. Good setup though

Does that engine have the dual stage IM Like the b20a? If so looks like it isnt opening up, When i had my 88prelude with the dual stage intake mani when 5k hit it sounded like vtec haha and pulled hard to 7500, but thats some Nice torqe prolly moves with those short gear ratios too

what distributor are you running to be using hondata? just curious.

i have a buddy with one of those cars, with a JDM b20. pretty fun little cars (his is AWS too, WIERD)

not as porky and big as the seem. that thing has to be quick

good numbers. looks like we have a fellow WAer. did you just have dyno runs at Carb Connection or did you actually get it tuned there? I've heard good and bad things about that place.

Reasonable dyno rates but they don't know a lick about how to tune Hondas, especially turbo. About 3 years ago they tuned a buddy of mine's turbo H22 and blew it on the second run...they blamed the wastegate, but if you saw the datalogging numbers, boost crept 1/2psi from peak torque to redline, but AFR's were in the 17's...they basically did a full throttle pull w/o a propper basemap.

Good numbers. As for the drop off in power, the B21a1's don't flow great, I'm pretty sure you can swap cams from other non-VTEC B-series, so look into some turbo cams to help that topend...or if you were tuned at CarbConn, retune somewhere else

good to see that someone done it right.I had one at one time that I turbo but the manifold,turbo,dp didnt last long. About 3 grand down the drain. Good luck
