I searched around for a while and I think I found a thread for EVERY "will this fit this" application except the one I need.

My buddy has a Apexi WS2 cat back on his 93 dx coupe. I want to put it on my stock exhausted 99 hatch. Normally I would tell people to not be lazy peices of **** and go find out yourselves. But in my case, my bolts are rusted like a bitch and I'd hate to go through an hour or so of cutting and bullshit like that to find that they dont fit whatsoever.

I know that the cat backs themselves will not fit for obvious reasons, but do you guys think i'd have an issue with just the rear sections?

If the muffler sticks out an inch or so too far, or vice versa i'd be ok...I just want to make sure the muffler itself will bolt to the bpipe.

Here's my logic. According to Bauley Civic here, the respective ek and eg models (i.e. hatch-to-hatch, coupe-to-coupe) will fit. But, according to this thread, there are fitment issues between the coupe and hatch rear sections. So I would have to say no. I hope that you can at least follow my reasoning for coming to this decision.
