2007 CRV, I cannot fathom why Honda did not make a Power Seat an available option
After doing a good amount of research for the one for all, all for one vehicle, knowing full well there is no such vehicle, the CRV came darn close, but in the end we decided not to make the purchase because it lacked a power seat option/feature. I called the dealer and they told me that many many customers have been asking that same question ... Oh well, back to square one.
PS. I would also like the CRV to be a bit more truck like, or aggressive in the snow/mud, with a true dedicated 4WD system.

this is speculation here, but i think the reason they didn't include power seats in the 07 is cause its going to sell anyway for the first year or so. afterwards, honda needs to inject some newness into the car in the form of minor power upgrades, options (including power seats), and other small items before another major body change...this is just like most other honda products where they change a little from year to year to make things (somewhat) interesting
i doubt honda will ever fully make a "real" truck (box on a frame type truck). and until they do, they won't need a true 4wd system. i'm sure you'll see anything new in terms of 4wd system come from acura ala the acura rl/rdx sh-awd system.

So you decided not to purchase the vehicle that came closest to your needs bc you dont want to reach down in front of you and manually slide the seat vs reaching down and pressing a button?
I can speak from experience the CRV is bad *** in the snow, far superior to many full size trucks and truck based SUVs. Not so sure about mud, though.
