99 gsr looking to get flywheel
jdmmonkey
Some thing to keep in mind is the cut of the teeth on the flywheel. These is a JDM cut and USDM cut. If you have a US GSR you will occasionally have some grinding when trying to start with a JDM flywheel. I am currently running a Spoon (JDM cut teeth) flywheel, I love it. Made a very nice improvement to cars performance. If my current flywheel needs replacing I will be getting a Comptech (USDM cut teeth).

it will make the car more fun to shift and drive. It makes a decent amount of difference in the lower gears

Look for handcommand on ebay. He sells a stock one shaved down to 12 pounds and is resurfaced. I have had mine for a while and shifts are good. Its not an 8 pounder but is 6 pounds lighter than oem while retaining oem quality.
It was only like 150.00 or less and I got it in 2 days. Just my 0.02 and I am happy with it.
