Ignitor/Coil Problem..

Ignitor/Coil Problem..
Kay.. A while back my ignitor went out, out of nowhere.. so I replaced the coil & the ignitor..
Well, recently my tach started jumping around.. car hesitated, etc.. the ignitor went out, so I replaced the ignitor.
Now, less than a week later the tach is jumping around and the car hesitates and just dies out at high rpms.. (anywhere above 4500)
Any idea on what could continuously cause the ignitor/coil to go out?
