Ok so i just drove this thing from Louisiana to California, no probs then it went on a ship for two weeks to get it over to Hawaii, no probs. Today i went on a little cruise of Oahu and then it wont start when i get back in it a few hours later. So i push start it (kinda far from home thats why) and good to go, but still no start normal. The fuel pump kicks ina dn the main relay clicks but ti does absolutely nothing when i turn the key all the way to start. anyone got some suggestions? thanks.

when i jump the solenoid it DOES start. what could this be???

 

well i cleaned off the terminal that connects to my solenoid and hooked it back up and it worked. there was a lot of corrosion on it (the boot that covers is is missing), must have been from the boat ride over i guess
