your **** was sooo fucked up, it heated up the synco slider, the spacer/washer and i had to hammer the **** to get it off the shaft.... and it doesnt slide on either..... (i tested my own personal pieces to see if they would go on your **** shaft. low and behold.. they fit... so your **** is dicked.

Both of your opinions on what should be done doesn't matter.

I asked him to send me pics and he did not.

Instead he decided to talk sh*t to me, and threaten me and make a thread in an effort to talk my name down which sealed the deal.

I did not sell him the trans. END OF STORY.

I made every effort to inform the person that I sold it to that it had issues, and i did not EVER use it. IF he didn't disclose this info to Dturbo it isn't my problem.

It doesnt really seem like it's his fault.. after all he didnt sell you the trans, someone else did.
My friends and I have all done business with gotboosted and he is a stand up dude. I would vouch for him any day. He is VERY professional about everything he sells, and is 100% informative. for gotboosted.

Dturbo, the trans was sold to your friend and he was told exactly what gotboosted was told when
he bought it. What Gotboosted also said that he never used and and was told that was what was wrong.

you bought this from your friend dont you think its your friends responciblity to tell you either he doesnt know whats up or relay what he was told ?

no one in this deal wanted to take the trans apart to evaluate it. If you were not sure why didnt you not take it apart before you bought it?

I was there this wasnt a shady deal or a scam your friend bought parts knowing they werent mint and that should be enough. Gotboosted even delivered the parts to your firends house for him that was 30+ miles away. He went out of his way and here you are on honda-tech bashing him for somehting you bought from not even him. way to go man.

i have dealt with got boosted vr6 a couple of times before and never have i had a problem...i think if he told the person that he never personally used the tranny and did infact have problems that he is nowhere at fault......

how is giving you a title under someone esle name shady???? most of the cars i sold or traded were under my moms name dont mean im shady?!

 

this title was under someones name in New York and had no relation to the guy selling me the car so you try telling me thats not shady.

 

And who the hell sells a car to someone without a fuel pump bracket anyway, i could care less about the missing fuel pump but where the fuckk is the bracket,

you had zero problems the night you took the car. if you had issues you should have said somthing that day. did you have any problems with getting the title under your name ?

gotboost is a good guy. he sold something that wasn't mint and you bought it to hopefully make out and have a good tranny.

HE SAID it was bad. HE SAID he never drove it. that is the risk you take when you buy stuff that isnt perfect.
why would you buy a tranny in the first place that grinds? sounds pretty stupid to me.

wow, you buy a car that doesnt run and expect everything to be there? if im not mistaken, i think you are talking about his hatch that was stolen. maybe some things were stolen that he didnt know were stolen? you should double check ANYTIHNG before you buy it. i've learned that lesson plenty of times on my own.
