CHROME taillights dont look good on anything but the altezza

 

and a nice aluminum wing, minumum 2 feet tall to accent the "chrome" in the tail lights

 

The best tail lights for an integra are the stock ones from 98-01.

dont forget about the incredible downforce he is going to get with that 2 foot wing

 

the performance you speak of is unbelieveable....i was speaking from a totally cosmetic, pimp my ride standpoint....but the combo of a huge aluminum wing + chrome tailights not only makes you cool, it also induces a certain amount of moisture in female panties. chrome tail lights + aluminum wings FTMFW!!!!!!!!
