Smog questions?

This is probably common to you guys, but I'm new in HT and I'm planning to get an 88-91 crx or civic hatch and I'm wondering if the B16A motor would pass the smog here in Cali? If not what kind of motor is good for these cars? Thank you!

Welcome to h-t, try running a <FONT COLOR="red">SMOG</FONT> search and you'll be amazed at the possibilities.
