Brake Rotors

I have a modified front brake rotor which is a 5 lug one. What are the critical dimensions apart from the diameter? I am looking for an appropriate OEM Honda rotor to replace it.

ITR rotor = 11", but yours is modified, so IDK.

It is from a 99 CTR. I gather the thickness from the rotor surface to where it makes contact with the rims is critical.
