Default ??? about faulty tps

ok ill start from the top. i bought a 96 integra with a stock motor but with a cat back. soon after i realized it was drinking a quart of oil a week if not more. the idle was rough and it started throwing codes. i took it to have it scanned from a buddy it i had a cyl1 and cyl3 misfire. air intake temps were 152*. i decided it was time to replace the motor. I foudn a b20b jap motor for $565 and went to pick it up. the following weekend i swapped over the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, oil pump, and distributor. buttoned her up and she ran much better. but, i am still having idle problems. i threw another cel code #45 (p0171/p0172) and had a buddy again scan it for the sensor value. the primary o2 sensor wasnt doing anything! not even when carb cleaner was sucked into a vaccum hose. so i kenw it had to be replaced.

put the new o2 in today check the cat out to make sure it wasnt glogged and it looked fine. i have replaced the wires and plugs and it still it has a mis at idle. it smells rich!\i decided to check out the tps so i started with checking out the harness and i had 5v. then i probed the back of the positive (red/black) wire wit the other negative grounded and got no closed throttle reading. and when i moved the throttle ther was no fluctuation in power. it should go from .5 at closed throttle top 4.5v at wot when the circuit is on. so i think i may have a faulty tps.
i believe that if the tps was bad (and i just am not an idiot and cant work my meter) then i should be able to disconnect the plug and make the ecu go into limp mode for a faulty tps signal and correct the problem. well it did work. it still idles like poo even with the in limp.

so at this point i am up in arms. i plan to replace the iat sensor since it has high readings but i dont thin kthat is going to cure my problem. i need some suggestions
