I have a 91 civic sedan with 98 gsr rear brake setup i think my struts are shot but i need someone elses opinion on it, the setup is h&r springs the red ones and oem struts, i know im going to get hated on for this but i have 17" rims and tires on it for now because thats alll i had with brand new tires my si rims were bald, so anyway the front of my car when i hit a bump the front crossmember will hit the ground im guessing struts are bad you tell me , also since the rear brake conversion was done before i bought the car do i have to buy gsr struts for the back or do i use 91 struts, if you can make any since of all this your help will be appreciated thanks Toren

I was looking at the tokico hp's just because they are like 237.00 shipped but if the illuminas are not that much more those would be the better to get . thanks
yes, get the illuminas. i cannot stress it enough. i will not vouch for HP's. you will want to buy new shocks sooner than later. illuminas have lasted me years of use.
look on ebay for the best deal through a reputable dealer.
