New bumper for an 03 4dr accord?
So, today some idiot hit my car in the parking lot. What a great surprise to find when you are ready to go home. Anyway my bumper isnt in terribly bad shape but the paint on the right side is pretty screwed and the bumper is gouged and scratched. I figure that if I took it to the honda dealer I would end up paying several hundred bucks. So what are the chances they would have a silver 03 accord at a pick your part yard or something?
I thought of painting it myself with a roller, but I dont think I would be able to fix the damage myself and make it look nice. If I went to a paint shop would they be able to fix and repaint it cheaper than a dealership?
Thanks.

The odds of you finding an intact one at a junkyard are remote because junkyard cars are usually because they have some pretty serious cosmetic damages, or at least a lot of the ones I've seen, but you could still try. If its a big junkyard they usually have some intact cars that have most parts left on it.
As far as the paint shop, if you take it to Honda, they are going to ship it off to a paint shop anyways, and just charge you more, so you're best bet is to go straight to a paint shop and forget Honda because Honda will charge you a diagnostic fee and most body shops do it for free.
And last but not least, you can search on http://www.car-parts.com for junkyard parts
