light is blinking on my hondata s100

light is blinking on my hondata s100
For some reason my light on my hondata s100 is blinking?...what would cause this? also the cars not running b/c i dont have a 3bar map and it was tuned on with a 3bar map on the hondata. Would that be causing the light to keep blinking on and off since im running a oem map?
