I have some dried up water marks on the inside of the 97 headlights . What the best way to clean them out?

 

hey man...you have to take off the headlights in order to do this which involves removing the bumper....here's a link to a diy black-housing of the headlights and it tells you how to remove the lenses in the instructions....
